compomix: solvent-free epoxy dispensing system

Designed for the production of fibre-reinforced plastics

The systems of the compomix product range are compact and solvent free metering and mixing systems. They are used to handle low to medium viscosity multi component media such as polyurethane or epoxy for the production of fibre-reinforced plastics.

Material pressure vessels are used to supply the material.

The product range contains 5 types of systems

  • compomix 103 D – bench top version
  • compomix 103 M – with moveable chassis
  • compomix 603 – for flow rates 200 ml/min and higher
  • compomix 603 V – for vacuum supported infusion
  • compomix I – for the infusion process to produce rotor blades for wind power generators

  • control cabinet and material pressure vessel mounted onto a completely enclosed, mobile chassis
  • Metering pumps with overpressure protection
  • Axial piston pump of the B-component with magnetic coupling and manual stroke adjustment
  • Three-phase asynchronous motor with external fan

  • Control and regulation of mixing ratio by use of volume counters

  • Material pressure vessel with preparation for automatic refi lling, level control and regulation of the mixing ratio in the bypass
