We configured a grease application system for the productions of components for the automotive industry. Two different types of lubricants will be applied. We were able to reduce the application time with our autmated solution and to ensure a high reproducibilty.

Progressive cavity pump: Metering small quantities of lubricants, adhesives and sealants
The progressive cavity pump is the all-rounder for all 1-component materials. Apply small quantities flexibly as a dot or bead and benefit from an extremely high accuracy. The spray adapter also enables contactless surface application.
Rotary applicator: Contactless 360° greasing and oiling
The rotary applicator was specially developed for 360° greasing or oiling of holes. The material is applied shot by shot and contactless. Overspray will be avoided. It offers a high flexibility and various applications, as a wide range of different diameters can be covered.
